She and Phillip made Romeo's passing as easy as such an event could be. They also helped when we lost our cat, Smokey just about two months ago. All of our vists to the clinic have been marked by extreme kindness and professional competence. These are exceptional people who truly love animals. Pamela Horn Posted : 1/28/2009 Comments : Let's just start at the front desk! Tammy and Gretchen...what a great pair you make for a first impression coming into the office. I came in with my Maine Coon Goliath about a year ago when a huge container of laundry detergent fell of the washer and COVERED him in sticky goo. He escaped out the door lightning fast and disappeared for about 24 hours and we were BUGGIN'! When he returned he was so very sick from ingesting it and his mouth had sores all the way down his throat. He was a mess and we were sick with worry. You got us right in and once we met the front crew and Dr. Davis, we were hooked for life. You were all so wonderful and caring and I felt like we were part of the family right away. Now we have added our Maltipoo "Sadie" to the clan and she was also very comfortable with you right away. How many pet owners can say that??? Posted : 10/14/2008 Comments : Dr Davis and staff only treated our best old pal Rascal for a few months before he passed away from liver cancer. They helped us with his euthanasia and stayed after hours so we would not have a crowd in the office when we brought him and sent him over the Rainbow Bridge. They could not have been more caring and senstive and supportive in that most difficult hour. We adopted a new dog Katie and we wouldn't consider bringing her to anyone else even though over the years we have seen many vets in the Jacksonville area. Thanks for all you do for all of us who are smitten with our dogs, cats, birds and other animal friends. Posted By :
Katie Bower Posted : 10/6/2008 Comments : We have known Dr. Davis and all of the staff since right after they opened. At the time we had an older dog, Seko, that developed a major eye problem overnight. I took him to Dr. Davis and knew immediately I would like her when she got down on the floor with Seko and me and we did the whole exam there. He liked her too and that was saying a lot- he wasnt a big fan of vets! Soon after we would find that he had many other more serious issues. Dr. Davis and Phillip stayed after hours one night with me to do an emergency surgery after hearing a message I left on the machine. Months later Seko had to be euthanized due to severe medical problems- we are so very grateful to her and ALL of the staff for being there for us. She even printed something out for us that discussed the best way to approach these difficult decisions with our children. We have reccommended her to many friends and neighbors and continue to take our other dogs there. Had I known this was on here I would have done this a long time ago! They are great! Posted By :

Our family, Buford, Taco and Pepe, love you guys. We recommend these wonderful, competent and caring professionals for any family who loves their pets like children. Before we found Dr. Davis, we had a doctor for over twenty years in Jax. He retired and Dr. Davis and her staff has been such a blessing to us. God bless and thank you guys for your love and caring. I put my full trust in them with my animals.. |
