At Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for your pets. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, please review our updated policies regarding appointment cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Our team strives to be on time for all appointments to ensure each pet receives the attention they deserve. Arriving late can disrupt our schedule and compromise the quality of care. Therefore, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a missed appointment, and a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your account. We will offer to reschedule your appointment with the late fee applied.
NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need of care. Appointments are in high demand, and your timely cancellation will allow another patient access to the veterinary care they need. If you need to cancel after hours, please leave a message, and it will be noted in your file. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
Appointment Reminders: We send reminders through our PetDesk app and via phone calls or text messages for those without email addresses in our system. Please check these reminders and confirm your appointment details promptly. Open and review appointment reminder emails to confirm the date and time. Listen to voicemail messages or read through text messages from our hospital and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies with your appointment time or date.
