The Heartbeat of Our Practice Is Our Reception Team! Our welcoming reception team is the first and last point of contact for you and your pet at Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital. They are the organizational backbone of our practice. These highly skilled individuals are true multi-taskers, ensuring your visit runs smoothly. They handle a variety of tasks, including: answering phone calls and inquiries; providing preventative care education; scheduling appointments and surgeries; confirming appointments and boarding reservations; triaging during communications; processing prescription requests; checking in and out patients and boarders; collaboratively organizing patient care; coordinating daily patient schedules; following up on doctor-requested patient calls; and entering client and patient data into medical records. They’re the masters of juggling (except maybe with actual juggling pins – safety first!), handling a diverse set of tasks that keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

Bethany, Janelle, Lisa, Macee, Margaret, and Nichole (Front Office Manager), will do everything they can to make your visit at Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital as smooth as possible.

Your Pet’s Trusted Partners Are The Veterinary Technician and Assistant Team! Our skilled veterinary technicians and assistants play a vital role in ensuring your pet receives the best possible care at Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital. *They work collaboratively to: Prepare for your visit by reviewing your pet’s medical records, gathering a detailed history from you, and take vital signs (weight, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate). *Assist the doctor: They efficiently collect samples as requested by the doctor and prepare medications to be dispensed. *Educate and empower you: They collaborate with the doctor to explain treatment plans and discharge instructions during your visit. The hospital team will also discuss estimated costs for services planned that day, ensuring transparency. *Support surgical procedures: They meticulously prepare the surgical suite, ensure patients are prepped for surgery, monitor vitals during procedures, and provide safe and comfortable recovery for your pet after anesthesia.

Alexis, Catie (CVT), Emily (CVT), Emma, Janelle, Kassandra, Lindsy, Lisa G., Mileidy, Sierra (during college breaks), and Whitney will take care of your pets during their veterinary visit.

Shout out to Sierra for starting Vet School. Way to go from kennel technician to veterinary assistant to jumping in the Olympic pool. You’ll make a pawsome vet when this concludes!

Behind the Scenes Support From Our Practice Manager Antonio!

As our Practice Manager, Antonio oversees the financial aspects of the hospital, ensuring efficient operations. He is also the go-to person for everything IT! His expertise and dedication are invaluable. He is married to Dr. Davis and deals with all the matters she prefers to avoid allowing her to focus on providing patient care. He is joined by Jessica, a skilled veterinary technician, currently volunteering her time while recovering from an injury. Her pawsitive attitude and experience are a welcome addition to the practice management team.
