Our Puppy Wellness Plans are perfect for dogs under 1 year old. We offer two Healthy Pets Puppy Wellness Plans: Plus or Premium. The lists below highlight the annual benefits of membership in each plan.

There is NO annual membership fee for the Plus plan. The Premium Plan, which includes spaying or neutering, has a $100 membership fee.

One of the great things about our Wellness Plans is that heartworm and flea preventatives are included. Choose from popular products like Heartgard, Nexgard, Bravecto, and Simparica Trio. We can mail your monthly doses to you or you can pick them up at the hospital—whichever works best for you.

In addition to the benefits listed in the table below, our members enjoy extra discounts on: microchipping, non-core vaccines, prescription medications, prescription diets available in-house, supplements, shampoos, toenail trims, anal glad expressions, x-rays, laser treatments, technician exams, and more!
